Registration Process
Before a new registration web site is fully developed, we will use following simple way to register events in PNWCC
  • A flyer with event detail and spreadsheet of player list will be created on Google Doc and shared on this page for each event
  • Players register for any rated PNWCC event must have an active USCF membership. Renew or buy your membership here
  • Make entry fee payment -
    • PayPal the entry fee to (Question? Call 425-213-7553)
    • No PayPal account? Click the button on right to make payment 
    • Provide following info in the PayPal note - (or email to
      • Event,  Section and Date :

      • USCF ID :
      • USCF Published Rating :
      • Byes Requested : 
  • Once payment is received, PNWCC will update the registration list ​(Everyone can view the list, but only PNWCC can edit it)

PNWCC Bye and No-withdraw Policy a.k.a "Ignacio Rule" - Effective starting 9/12/2019
  • All bye requests (half point and 0-point byes) need to be made per tournament flyer, or before half of the tournament finishes if not specified in the event flyer. 
  • Players withdraw from the tournaments without a legitimate reason at PNWCC BOD's sole discretion will be noted on PNWCC Quitters List
  • PNWCC reserves the right to refuse admissions to players on the Quitters List for future PNWCC events for at least once. E.g. if a player is on the quitters list, and registers for an event that's sold out, he or she will be taken off the registration list to give spot to players on the waiting list for at least once.
