Membership is optional - you don't need to be a member to play in PNWCC but there will be some member-only events each year

The annual membership gives members 20% discount for Friday Night Rapids
10% discount to other tournaments and camps.
Some potential exclusions may apply to some special events
Membership fee is non-refundable once purchased and the membership is non-transferable.
No voting power on PNWCC matters.
Members will receive priority emails for exciting events (e.g. Magus's visit to Seattle/PNWCC etc).
Sibling discount applies to membership fees when 2+ memberships are purchased at the same time and YES, you can combine sibling discount and membership discount!
- First member gets 10% off. Second member gets 15% off. Third + member gets 20% discount
- To purchase family memberships, please register an account on NAChessHub, PayPal the total membership fee, and email us the player's USCF ID/Names and we will manually add your memberships.

Ignacio Rule - PNWCC Bye and Withdrawal Policy

All bye requests (half point and 0-point byes) need to be made per tournament flyer, or before half of the tournament finishes if not specified in the event flyer.
Players withdraw from the tournaments without a legitimate reason at PNWCC BOD's sole discretion will be noted on PNWCC Quitters List
PNWCC reserves the right to refuse admissions to players on the Quitters List for future PNWCC events for at least once. E.g. if a player is on the quitters list, and registers for an event that's sold out, he or she will be taken off the registration list to give spot to players on the waiting list for at least once.

Sibling Discount [Effective for events after 2/15/2020]

If one sibling player plays up by paying extra entry fee instead of through qualification, he/she doesn't qualify for discount
No violation of Ignacio Rule in the past 12 months
Sibling player paying the highest entry fee gets 10% discount
Sibling player paying the 2nd highest entry fee gets 15% discount
Third or more sibling players - 20% discount
PNWCC will refund the discount after event finishes
